1. Who we are
This website, valrankin.com, is part of The Valley Ecosystem (TVE). Book sales are made by Val Rankin Publications (VRP) registration number K2025286931. Donations are received by Peace in the Valley Movement Non-Profit Company (PITVM) registration number 2016/165021/08. Physical address: 19 Auckland Avenue, Auckland Park, Johannesburg, 2092. 2. Products and donations
We sell books by Val Rankin in two formats:
Digital editions — online ebooks available as download after payment
Printed editions — physical books delivered to you by Pudo or PAXI
We describe each product as accurately as we can. Cover images on screen may differ slightly from the printed item.
Donations to PITVM are voluntary gifts in support of its non-profit work. A donation does not buy a product or service, and no goods are delivered in return
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees for printed books are shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Payments are processed securely by PayFast. We never see or store your card or banking details.
4. Your order
Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation email from us. If a printed book is out of stock, we will tell you within 2 business days and offer a full refund or a later delivery date.
5. Use of digital editions
Your digital edition is for your personal use. Please do not share, copy, resell or distribute the access link or the content. All content remains the copyright of Val Rankin and Val Rankin Publications.
6. Delivery, refunds and returns

7. Your privacy
We use your name, email address and delivery details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We handle your information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and do not sell it to anyone.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Our books are for reflection and personal growth; they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
